And if you push them into the wrong row you're going to snap off the tabs making the fin useless. The fitting instructions you get give a tiny picture of the grilles so don't show which row each fin needs to go into. They refused this but didn't even bother to give me more detailed fitting instructions. ![]() I got no response at all from CKS so did a return request on eBay. I explained that the bodyshop had had my car for a couple of weeks longer than expected so I had missed the 14 DAY return deadline but thought they would be ok with this. So I messaged CKS and asked for help - asking them if this was definitely the correct set, and if I could return them for a refund. I had a look as well and couldn't see how you could fit the tabs into the grille holes - the tabs look too large, and as one had already snapped off it seems likely that they would snap easily. When I went to collect my car from the bodyshop after it had been resprayed, they hadn't fitted the fins as they didn't think they were the correct fitment. One of the fins arrived with a broken tab and while they did send a replacement fin it took a while so I didn't have the full set to take with me to the bodyshop. As my car was due to go into a bodyshop for a week for a respray. ![]() I bought a set of CKS bonnet fins for my Mercedes SLK. ![]()
